With 199 offers from 58 companies, IIM Indore has placed the entire batch of 2008 in the first four days and moved on from being a business school at the front of the pack to being a trendsetter. Summers at IIM Indore were remarkable for a variety of reasons: 95 companies expressed the intent to participate though only 58 could be accommodated this season, of which 23 were there for the first time. This year, an average of 3.5 offers were made per company and the number of companies on campus has seen an increase of 23 per cent over last years.
