Overseas Candidates Admissions in PGP

Overseas candidates are admitted through direct applications. Overseas candidates are Indian nationals or foreigners with valid passport or travel document residing outside the India and not in a position to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management at various centers in India. These candidates are required to take the Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) and have an official result reported to the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). Admissions in PGP Programme

Admissions Every year, IIMA selects about 250 students from among the over 100,000 candidates who apply to the PGP. The admission process consists of the nationally administered Common Admission Test (CAT), and subsequent rounds of personal interviews and group discussions. The students are selected on the basis of their CAT scores, past academic performance and performance in the interviews and group discussion. Selected students have scholastic achievements in disciplines such as arts, commerce, science and professional streams such as engineering, technology and medicine.
